Through the workshops the young people learned about the different definitions of success, the importance of being open to taking risks and the value in saying yes to new opportunities. In sharing their backgrounds, many workshop leaders disclosed that it took them years to figure out what their passion or perfect career path was, and sometimes it was a job they never even knew of before, which our students found eye-opening and inspirational.
