All Stars Shine in San Francisco Bay Area

The All Stars hosted their fall talent show at Everett Middle School in the Mission District in the San Francisco Bay Area on Saturday, September 24. Thirty-five enthusiastic performers from all over the Bay Area were in attendance for a fun filled developmental day. The acts ranged from dance to spoken word to African drumming. The eclectic mix of entertainment and the energy of the performers were contagious and had the crowd on their feet.

All Stars donors with their families participated in the Back to School program - traveling to the show in a yellow school bus, they learned mor

e about the All Stars youth development programs from youth leaders. During the show, donors came to the stage and presented the All Stars Community Spirit Awards to eleven youth volunteers and performers who are making a difference bringing development to their communities.

At the end of the show, every performer received a medal and was giddy with excitement of receiving a trophy. In the end, everyone cheered as the dance group "Improvisation" stepped out to receive the grand prize!
