education center with the Castillo Theatre production of Stealin’
Home (A Baseball Fantasy), written and co-directed by artistic

(YO!), the newest program of the All Stars Project, Inc.,
which staged its first production ever in January 2004 (the
popular Crown Heights by Fred Newman and Dan Friedman),
has had a very active fall season. The second All Stars
Hip-Hop Cabaret, which YO! co-produced with the All Stars

On Wednesday, November
3, the ASP NJ held its third annual Phat Friend Awards at the
Newark Club in downtown Newark, New Jersey. The event, which
was featured in the Star Ledger, honored eleven adults
and raised $115,000 for the All Stars Talent Show Network and
Development School for Youth programs that now reach more than
