On September 29, Boston All Stars held its first volunteer training attended by young people from the August 7 Youth Performance Workshop, led by All Stars Talent Show Network National Producer, Antoine Joyce). The training gave the young volunteers an introduction to the All Stars’ phone and street performance (community outreach activity). A total of fifteen youth and adults came to the training.

Boston’s next event was the October orientation for new volunteers (who were met on the street and through the phone outreach). Evelyn Dougherty, the Director of Boston All Stars, welcomed the attendees and spoke about the All Stars’ history.

Over 150 youth and adults who were met on the street said they would like to volunteer with the All Stars.
