Youth Onstage! (YO!) grew tremendously this fall, continuing to carve out a unique place for itself in contemporary political theatre. YO!’s Experimental Theater Workshop production of Over There/Over Here played to sold-out houses and received incredibly positive audience responses and a lot of press attention. Written by 22 year-old Michael Reyes, a graduate of the YO! Playwriting Workshop and a veteran of the war in Iraq, the play was the first ever .

| The All Stars Launches an Intergenerational Theatre in NYC |
| In September, the All Stars Project's Talented Volunteers and Youth Onstage! (YO!) combined forces to create the Intergenerational Theatre Workshop, a new project that brings senior citizens and teenagers from YO! together to perform. The workshop has been led by Anne Marie Lubovich. Anne Marie, a high-school theatre teacher at the Pine River-Backus High School in Pine River, Minnesota, has been working as an intern with Youth Onstage! (In addition to the workshop, Anne Marie was involved in the production of Over There/Over Here...

| Atlanta is hopping with all kinds of All Stars happenings! Atlanta is hopping with all kinds of All Stars happenings! The second annual Atlanta All Stars Dinner Benefit, "Honoring the Stars at Our Core," was held on November 13 and honored three of the All Stars' special friends. Six youth hosts mingled, taught, emceed and performed at the event, which raised nearly $11,000, a 33% increase over last year.
