The DSY, now entering its second decade, provides supplemental learning experiences and leadership training for youth between the ages of 16 and 21 in New York City. New Jersey All Stars Brings Development to Newark Renaissance
Through their participation in the All Stars Project, young people are continuing to take center stage in the renaissance of Newark.
