A Star is Born on 42nd Street! |
After a nine-month renovation project, the All Stars Project, Inc. is re-opening our $19 million privately funded performing arts and development center in the heart of 42nd Street which serves as our national headquarters. We have installed a new state-of-the-art heating and ventilation system and redesigned our lobby and façade. Our entrance is now the largest star in the theatre district. The Chicago All Stars is growing by leaps and bounds! The March talent show cycle was booked into a space at the South Side YMCA that holds 150 people. Since so many performers came out to the auditions – 37 acts, featuring 97 performers! – several acts agreed to perform in the May cycle.
