The All Stars Talent Show Network(ASTSN) is an after school, performance-based enrichment program for inner city youth. Each year, thousands of children and young adults, ages 5-25, participate in several dozen All Stars events. These include auditions, rehearsals, talent shows and performance workshops that take place in local school auditoriums and at the All Stars Project headquarters on 42nd Street. |

| Joseph A. Forgione Development
School for Youth |

The Joseph A. Forgione Development School for Youth(DSY) is a leadership-training program for young people between the ages of 16 and 21 that focuses on development. Every year 200 students, recruited from more than 30 high schools across New York City and Newark, NJ are accepted into the Development School's program on the basis of their desire to be leaders. The program partners with corporate professionals and over 100 major corporations in NY and NJ to provide training experiences for the students and summer internships for the DSY graduates |

| Youth Onstage |

Youth Onstage! is the youth theatre of the All Stars Project, Inc. It offers young people, aged 14 to 21, the opportunity to perform on stage in plays that have something to say about the world and its future. In addition to its productions, Youth Onstage! has a free school, the Youth Onstage! Community Performance School, where professional theatre artists volunteer to teach classes and lead workshops for young people. |

| Production of Youth by Youth |

The All Stars Project's newest after-school program, Production of Youth by Youth (PYBY), focuses on teaching high school students how to be producers of youth culture. |

| Castillo Theatre |

Located at the All Stars Project’s performing arts and learning center on West 42nd Street, the Castillo Theatre brings challenging, thought-provoking entertainment to the heart of New York’s theatre district. Since 1983, Castillo has staged over 100 productions — from multi-cultural and avant-garde plays, to musicals and performance projects. |

| Talented Volunteers |

Talented Volunteers is the All Stars Project's award-winning volunteer program. Talented Volunteers creates opportunities for hundreds of adults to get involved in virtually every aspect of All Stars Project programs and operations. The All Stars Project, an adult volunteer and two All Stars youth leaders have been honored with a Daily Points of Light Award, one of the country’s highest volunteer honors. |
