UX Development Coaching

A unique feature of UX is its Center for Developmental Coaching. Dean Lenora B. Fulani, Ph.D., along with All Stars youth, has trained a volunteer team of development coaches who specialize in creating customized development plans for individuals and groups. The development coaches come from many walks of life and include community activists, psychologists, theatre artists, educators, business people, police officers and social service workers.

These coaches work closely with you and/or your organization to utilize the resources of UX and the whole city to create development plans that allow you to pursue independent study that meets your needs and fits your schedule. Development plans can vary greatly from, for example, going to your first Broadway show or trying a food you never ate before, to learning a new language. It all depends on what your coach and you decide might be helpful to your growth and development.
